Our Vision
VIMOS is not just about providing a service. It’s about creating a movement—a new way of thinking about veterinary care. One where no pet is left behind because of cost, circumstance, or system limits. One where vets feel empowered, not alone. One where knowledge is shared, and growth is mutual.
The inspiration
VIMOS started with a simple but powerful feeling:
Too many animals weren’t getting the care they needed not because vets didn’t care, but because the system made it too hard.
When Belén and César moved to the UK, they dreamed of helping animals and becoming the best clinicians they could be. Years of work across general practice and referral hospitals gave them a unique perspective: they had lived both sides of the profession and saw a growing gap in the middle that no one was addressing.
The Problem
We kept seeing the same stories again and again:
Pets who needed referral but couldn’t go due to cost, distance or instability.
- Owners who couldn’t take time off, didn’t drive, or simply couldn’t afford it.
- Vets who were left saying, “There’s nothing more we can do.”
- It was frustrating. It was unfair. And it didn’t have to be this way.
Our Solution
That’s why we created VIMOS, to bridge that gap.
We bring specialist-level diagnostic imaging and clinical support directly into first-opinion practices, so vets can do more, in-house.
