At VIMOS, we don’t just offer diagnostic imaging services, we offer partnership. And part of that commitment means sharing what we know with the teams we want to be part of, helping you feel more confident with every scan, image, and case you manage.

Whether it’s building confidence in abdominal ultrasound, navigating the basics of CT, or improving team-wide imaging skills, our CPD is designed to be practical, relevant, and easy to apply.
We understand that every clinic is different, and so are your learning needs. That’s why we tailor each session, whether for vets, nurses, or the whole team, around the equipment you use, the cases you manage, and the skills you want to develop.
New graduate looking to build ultrasound confidence? Clinical director planning structured in-practice training? Nurses keen to contribute more during inpatient care? We’ll shape the content to fit.
Our sessions are always delivered in your clinic, using your and/or our machines and real-life cases. And every workshop ends with focused take-home tips that your team can apply in the next consult, scan, or patient review. All attendees will receive a VIMOS CPD certificate upon completion.
Our CPD Options
- Bite-Size CPD Sessions (≈ 2 hours)
Ideal for lunchtime or evening learning. We bring the laptop, probes and case library; you choose the topic, abdominal ultrasound optimisation, chest radiographs, FAST scanning, CT reconstruction tricks… whatever your team needs most. - Full-Day Hands-On Workshops (≈ 8 hours)
Up to three delegates (larger groups on request) spend a whole day scanning real patients under supervision. You supply the animals; we supply the kit, step-by-step protocols and instant feedback. Perfect for building confidence in organ recognition, Doppler use and needle guidance. - Live, On-Demand Webinars
When geography or rotas make face-to-face tricky, we stream a tailored webinar straight to your consult room. Tell us your “pain point” (thoracic radiographs, adrenal CT, MRI of the spine, nurse-led POCUS…) and we craft an interactive session with live Q&A and downloadable notes. - Advanced CT & MRI Mentoring
For vets pursuing deeper expertise in cross-sectional imaging, we offer modular programmes on protocol selection, contrast timing and structured reporting, delivered either on-site or remotely with shared-screen DICOM review.
How it works

3. We come to you (or go online) with all teaching materials and, where relevant, our own ultrasound system.
4. CPD certificate issued immediately, ready for your 1CPD log.
